Deliah du Toit

Deliah has over 15 years experience in the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. She offers a unique blend of well-being techniques through extensive time invested in learning various energetic healing modalities like Bodytalk, reflexology, aromatherapy , Acces Conciousness, The BARS, Access Energetic Facelift, BreakThrough, Kinisiology for weight-loss, slimming, nutrition, LCHF lifestyle and massage therapy.

She is well versed with an advanced diploma in nutrition and fitness with a wide understanding in anatomy and phycsiology.

In addition she is a Kinesiology for weightloss and BARS® practitioner. She is also a Breakthrough and Parama Bodytalk facilitator. She holds an ND in Somatology, CIDESCO (international diploma) and is an Accredited Assessor.
